Refund Policy: We hope you love your Crystal purchase! However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are here to help.

• Physical products: Items may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item was damaged upon arrival.
• Custom or personalized items: Due to the nature of custom creations, we do not offer refunds on these items.
• Sale items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product. The refund will be applied to your original method of payment
